Terms of Service

Clear rules for accounts, trading, wallets, fees, and responsible use of the exchange.

Updated August 2026 Written in plain language

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Nonlogs, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Cryptocurrency trading and custody involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all funds.

1. Eligibility and legal compliance

You must have legal capacity to use the service and must not use it where cryptocurrency trading or custodial exchange services are prohibited. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, tax rules, and reporting duties that apply to you.

2. Account security

  • Provide an email address you control and keep it current.
  • Keep your password, authenticator codes, and sessions confidential.
  • Use a unique password and enable 2FA when available.
  • Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Trading and order execution

Placing an order authorizes the exchange to reserve the required balance and match the order according to the market rules. Completed trades are final and cannot be reversed. Open orders may be cancelled before they execute, but a cancellation is not guaranteed to win a race against an execution already in progress.

4. Market and technology risk

  • Digital-asset prices can change rapidly and may become illiquid.
  • Displayed prices and market data may be delayed or unavailable.
  • Blockchain congestion, reorganizations, forks, and software defects can delay settlement.
  • Nothing on the service is investment, legal, or tax advice.
  • Only trade or deposit assets you can afford to lose.

5. Deposits

Send only the displayed asset over the displayed network to the deposit instructions assigned to your account. A deposit is credited only after detection and the required confirmations or network finality. Wrong assets, networks, addresses, contract-based transfers, or unsupported deposit methods may be unrecoverable.

6. Withdrawals

You are responsible for verifying the destination, asset, and network before submission. Withdrawal requests may require administrator review and security checks before broadcast. Blockchain transfers are irreversible once broadcast, and processing can be delayed by maintenance, liquidity, or network conditions.

7. Fees

Maker, taker, deposit, and withdrawal fees are shown on the fees page or in the relevant request summary. Network fees may also be deducted from a withdrawal. Fees may change prospectively, but the rate recorded for a completed transaction controls that transaction.

8. Prohibited activity

  • Illegal activity, fraud, theft, money laundering, or sanctions evasion
  • Market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or abusive order activity
  • Unauthorized access, automated attacks, scraping that disrupts service, or security testing without permission
  • Using the service to harm another person or conceal control of unlawfully obtained assets
  • Attempting to bypass account, withdrawal, rate-limit, or security controls

9. Security controls and account restrictions

We may delay a withdrawal, cancel an open order, restrict an account, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate unauthorized activity, protect users, preserve ledger integrity, respond to a technical incident, or meet applicable legal obligations.

10. Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Markets, wallets, deposits, withdrawals, or the entire service may be paused for maintenance, security, node failures, network events, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listed asset will remain supported.

11. Privacy and records

Our privacy policy and data and logs policy explain the account, ledger, wallet, security, and operational records needed to provide the service. Public blockchain transactions remain visible according to each network's design.

12. No banking or advisory relationship

Nonlogs is not a bank account, savings product, or investment adviser. Balances do not earn interest and are not described as government-insured deposits. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you accept the risks inherent in digital assets, internet services, and blockchain settlement.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service, supported networks, or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be submitted through the support system.

Use the exchange responsibly

By continuing to use Nonlogs, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and understand the risks of trading and transferring digital assets.
